That there are other ways to keep your body healthy

Activity (Procedure):
Make an exercise chart!
1. Think about what exercises you would like to do
2. Think about how many times or for how long you would like to do the exercise
3. After write it down on the paper and keep track
Activity Wrap Up: When they do an exercise, ask your child, What part of your body do you think you’re working out?
How do I know what my child is learning? (Assessment)
If your child can tell you, what part of the body do sit ups workout? What part of the body do push ups work out?
How can you extend this activity? (Modifications)
you can also take your workouts outside on a nice day and do some workouts on a bench, steps, on the curb etc.
