Learning about different fruits and what fruits they might like

Materials;
Activity (Procedure):
1. Draw an outline of a body on one piece of paper
2. Cut out the outline of the body
3. Glue it onto the other piece of paper
4. Cut out your favorite fruits out of the sales flyers
5. Glue on the pieces of fruits that you cut out onto the body (anywhere on the body)
6. Lastly, write down the names of the fruits around the body
Activity Wrap Up:
Ask your child, what are your favorite fruits? What letter do they start with? What other kinds of fruits are there?
How do I know what my child is learning? (Assessment):
If they are able to tell you the fruits that they like, the names of the fruits and if they are able to tell what the letter of the fruit is
How can you extend this activity? (Modifications)
You can look for some fruits around in your kitchen. They can also try fruits that they haven’t tried before.
